Ailing singer Lamichhane gets financial aid

Financial assistance has been provided to ailing folk singer Buddhi Krishna Lamichhane for his treatment. A team comprising various artists including Deepakraj Giri and Deepa Shree Niraula,

 provided financial assistance of Rs 50,000 to Lamichhane reaching out to latter’s residence at Bageshwori in Nagarkot municipality. He has been suffering from paralysis, diabetes and high-blood pressure for the past five years. ‘Pindhima basera, merai bato herera meri aama rundi hun mailai

samjhera’, ‘Ghans katnu khurkera, ayo joban hurkera’, among other, are his noted songs. Receiving the financial aid provided by the artists, singer Lamichhane has expressed concern to the state apathy to support to the artists when they got their health troubled.
