A writ petition in supreme court by saying that people have right to live in Clean environment

The environment of the Kathmandu valley is polluted day by day. People are forces to live in the

polluted environment. By the environment pollution in the valley the right of people are deprived. That's why the people filed a writ petition in the supreme court of Nepal by saying that people have right to live in Clean environment. Many people have lost their life due to the environment pollution. The number of patient in hospital is increasing day by day.
